The only issue I have found with this model is that the VibraRise mop pad mount isn't movable. I've found any plush carpet that the robot crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause abrasions.

You can manage and set up these via the Roborock app which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app allows you to schedule cleanings, track the battery life and maintain your components. But you'll need to jump through a few hoops in order to enable voice control on this model which is a pity considering how well it performs otherwise.
